Responsible for administration, oversight, and coordination of agency-wide training. In collaboration with Leadership, identify priorities, manage resources, and deploy learning programs that meet programmatic, grant-based, and external agency requirements in addition to support of performance and development of Brien staff. The Training Administrator maintains the internal Learning Management System (Relias) to ensure timely set up, TRAC and delivery of initial and recurring training. Position will coordinate internal/external instructors as well as deliver training programs, ensuring quality training deliver and successful outcomes.
