Trainer GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training from Squad through Echelon Above Brigade (EAB). Technical integration between simulation and systems. Establish /maintain training and exercise networks. Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities. Requirements
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent years of experience
- Experience: 5 years of military training and training support operations; MTC experience highly preferred
- Required Technical skills: Training / instruction expertise
- Hands on expertise on C2IS and Sim-Stim systems and integration
- Robust knowledge of the Army and Joint Event Life Cycle and planning processes, simulation and tactical network architecture
- Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start.
- US citizenship Required
- Required Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills
- Strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on JELC / ELM requirements and Simulation objectives
- Must be able to lead a planning team to create a high-fidelity, realistic training event in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirements
Responsibilities
- Provides classroom-based instruction on multiple Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS).
- Delivers small, medium and large collective training events / exercises in accordance with the established MTC training program.
- Supports Unit Commander’s Training Objectives by developing training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with client / user specifications.
- Develop TSP training products that include comprehensive operational procedures for an integrated federation of C2IS and Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) simulation / stimulation systems.
- Participates in Event / Exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution and recovery, AAR).
- Consults with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet their training requirements.
- Assists in the development of training environments that are unique to unit training requirements.
- Completes setup and configuration of systems, conducts testing, troubleshooting and modification of systems as required.
- Participates in internal AARs upon completion of training
- Certifies IAW the Professional Development and Certification Program (PDCP)
- Performs other duties as required
