Work Specifications – Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive records including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and performance documentation. Communicate ideas and concerns clearly and professionally. Manage new employee and cross-training programs, overseeing documentation and learning management system entries. Conduct training sessions on various production processes both on the floor and in classroom settings. Develop and implement production-training programs aligned with company objectives. Ensure accuracy and completeness of training materials and equipment instruction for all shifts. Identify skill gaps in operators and provide additional training or performance feedback as needed. Spearhead new program initiatives to enhance existing training efforts. Collaborate across departments to achieve training goals. Establish and refine Training Policy and Programs to optimize operations. Participate in commissioning of new equipment and conversions. Lead training efforts for new equipment additions, including startups, SOP development, and troubleshooting guides. Arrange refresher-training sessions as required. Demonstrate autonomy and productivity in work. Adapt to various positions, departments, and shifts based on business needs. Aid Human Resources in providing perspective and tours for potential new employees. Maintain open communication with training team, production supervisors, and management. All other duties as assigned. Education/Prerequisite Requirements: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Equipment/Training Knowledge: Detailed/focused in approach Strong written and analytical skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong troubleshooting skills Effective in evaluating individuals Advanced presentation capabilities Excellent organizational and time management skills
