About The Position

Work with your local business and empower your teams to excel in pizza production while fostering an enjoyable work environment. As a pivotal collaborator, you will play a key role in enhancing employee performance to ensure the realization of their career objectives. Contribute to the development of top-performing individuals by upholding both Domino's standards and franchise guidelines consistently across all locations. Engage with above-store leadership in strategic planning to maintain and enhance existing training and development programs for all staff. Demonstrate versatility by working in various operational positions, becoming a subject matter expert in each role. Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting assigned stores to operate at a 5-star level. Join forces with Marlboro Pizza, LLC operating as Domino's Pizza, and be a part of a dynamic franchise organization committed to excellence. This role is working in the Prince George's area. Marlboro Pizza, LLC and South Marlboro Pizza, LLC owns and operates 8 locations. Our Area Manager would be required to float to all locations for training and other role responsibilities. This is not your typical 9-5 role. The job does require schedule flexibility, some evenings and weekends.

Requirements

18 years or older.
Must be able to pass a background check and MVR
Open availability to include work nights and weekends as needed.
Dependable transportation that can pass the company vehicle safety inspection.
1+ year(s) upper management in quick service food industry or a bachelor’s in business.
Energetic, Enthusiastic and Outgoing personality.
Lives to WOW customers and celebrate teams’ success.
Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging people.
Provide consistent frequent feedback to store management of strengths and opportunities for improvement of team members.
This will include suggestions for employee career advancement opportunities, structured and documented retraining or coaching opportunities.

Nice To Haves

Domino’s experience or training and education background would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Training new team members.
Performing self-audits for each location quarterly.
Continuously retraining and educating current and new team members on procedures and/or policy.
Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Establishing partnerships with the store General Managers and District Managers.
Time management (Scheduling frequent visits in all 8 locations.).
Flexible schedule (Training of front-line staff members will require scheduled sessions from open to close.).
Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members in a professional encouraging manner.
Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
Highly skilled in email/calendar management for communication and training schedule.
Displays patience & a positive attitude.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Ability to build trust, gain credibility and empower teams to be the best.
Desire to continuously learn.
