About The Position

As the Quality Assurance Trainer, you are responsible for operationalizing and maintaining successful education and training for the Centralized Scheduling team. You will create and maintain training tools and staff assessment materials and train staff to use systems or applications in accordance with their job duties. In this role, you will work with the Centralized Scheduling manager to analyze scheduling trends. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of hospital or physician office scheduling experience
  • 1 year of training and/or precepting experience
