Undertake qualification surveys and assessment programs to identify and analyze L&D gaps and needs. Plan and implement measures to support succession planning for critical Jobs and workforce planning. Plan and organize training and management development programs, and design individual or Job group related short term and long term qualification measures. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of measures offered, and propose program changes if necessary. Collaborate with department heads to align learning programs with organizational goals. Train and support employees in the subject matter via different methods such as classroom training or working exercises. Provide individual coaching to trainees, in functional or personnel matters. Input and maintain accuracy of training records in database. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Experience Developing Curriculum for In person and Live Online Training
