About The Position

Hatalom is currently seeking an experienced Trainer I "Collective Training Branch" (CTB). The Trainer I (CTB) is responsible for independently developing, implementing, and evaluating advanced Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) instructions and materials. This role requires the ability to advise and make recommendations on the delivery of MCIS and virtual training solutions. The Trainer I (CTB) works independently under general supervision to develop, implement and evaluate advanced MC training and materials; Advises and makes recommendations on the delivery of MCTraining and integrated LVC training solutions; Conducts training classes, over the shoulder assistance, demonstrations and leads ground discussions for BDE and above units.

Requirements

  • Minimum BA or BS degree.
  • Instructors shall have 4 years of relevant military experience operating Army Mission Command Systems (MCS).
  • Familiar with Battalion and above operations and training.
  • Strong knowledge of Army MCIS and related virtual training solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently develop and implement advanced training programs.
  • Experience in conducting training classes and providing hands-on assistance in a military setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead discussions and provide clear instructions.
  • U.S. Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate advanced instructional materials and training programs for MCIS.
  • Advise and recommend strategies for the effective delivery of MCIS and virtual training solutions.
  • Conduct training classes, offering hands-on assistance and demonstrations to enhance learning.
  • Lead ground discussions and training sessions for BDE and above units, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of MCIS.
  • Ensure all training is delivered in alignment with government-approved certification programs.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and methods.
