Requirements
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities can be acquired.
- Two (2) years of customer service and health care.

- Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
Responsibilities
- Provide training support to end users.
- Use innovative techniques to develop, coordinate, and deliver training to end users utilizing a variety of training methods to improve and maintain successful outcomes.
- Consult and partner with leadership and the technology department to ensure appropriate build in all appropriate domains, ensure appropriate access, and determine support needs.
- Develop positive relationships with leadership and end users throughout the healthcare system in order to effectively implement relevant training objectives measure training outcomes and inform leadership of any performance concerns.
- Manage, plan, implement, and evaluate training and special projects as assigned.
- Participate in committees to give recommendations on processes and determine education/communication needs.
- Research, create, and update education materials to ensure materials are up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with regulatory and industry standards.
- Manage and document the quality measures.
- May complete unit/department-specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
