Requirements

  • Fresh graduate to 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • BBA or MBA (HR majors preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks responsibly and learn quickly.
  • Lahore-based candidates will be preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Projects or internships in HR will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process , including posting job openings, supporting sourcing activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding tasks.
  • Support in developing and implementing basic recruitment strategies to help attract, screen, and evaluate suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies when needed and help maintain communication records.
  • Help gather and analyze candidate and stakeholder feedback to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Stay informed about basic industry trends and best practices in technical and non-technical recruitment.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and guiding applicants through each stage.
  • Support senior team members in conducting reference checks and background verifications as required.
