We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Trainee Finishing Operative to join our growing team. This will be working across two shifts where the working hours five days a week across Monday-Saturday with the working hours being 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Saturdays will be 9am-4pm. This is a role where you will be involved in a extensive 12 week training programme to learn new skills and become an artist in hand finishing Shaws sinks. In a nutshell you will be responsible for: Hand finishing clay sinks to the highest standard ready to be cured and dried for spraying, following S.O.Ps ensuring every sink is finished to the highest standard every time, to add your mark of approval, and have pride in every sink that you hand finish. What you are already great at: Previous experience working within an manufacturing or other industrial environment. A keen eye for detail. Good with working with your hands.
