The Opportunity: Due to exponential growth, we are investing heavily to build a WORLD-CLASS internal maintenance program from the ground up. We are looking for an innovative, results-driven Trailer Technician to take ownership of this critical function. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a maintenance role
• Demonstrated experience in fleet maintenance.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Can perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) inspections and service on specialized trailers, and equipment.
• Conduct trailer diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
• Execute repair work related to brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, hydraulics, and general trailer systems.
• Complete detailed and accurate electronic work-orders using the Fleetio maintenance software.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment, adhering to all DOT and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Test and inspect vehicles after repair to ensure proper functionality and safe operation.
• Utilize all tools of the trade, including diagnostic equipment, hydraulic lifts, air tools, and power tools effectively and safely.
