The Parts Counter Associate person is responsible for the sale of parts to customers in the Parts Counter area, exhibiting strong parts knowledge and customer service skills in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” Pay Rate: Base Salary + commissions Pay rate is dependent on education and experience. Coordinates demonstrations and facilitates the lead qualification processes Maintains and updates accurate customer account information and machine population data Tracks specific account, territory and sales goals using our CRM system Passes parts, service, sales and rental requests to the appropriate ISR or representative in the organization Reference detailed FAQ Document for additional information Establishes and grows value added, consultative relationships with our customers Develops strong positive relationships with our outside sales representative Employs a disciplined phone call campaign, making multiple calls per day Maintains a call cycle with customers on either a weekly, monthly, or semi-annual basis Qualifies accounts, and begins to develop the customer relationship Targets specific customers for sales and promotions Performs simple needs analysis to determine individual customer's needs and provide solutions to fit those needs Knows and can communicate effectively about various Dealer products and services Takes photos and posts equipment online for advertising Assist with trailer inventory to include asset creation and receiving of inventory Communicates with trailer manufacturers for quotes and customer related issues May travel to customer, company, and manufacturer locations for events, sales opportunities and training Other duties as assigned by manager
