Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
  • Valid Class A license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • At least 2 years of experience in servicing medical equipment or related field
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of medical equipment and other mobile medical trailer devices according to company guidelines
  • Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment mounted in and outside of the mobile trailer
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or additional purchases
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
  • Test equipment functionality and perform preventative maintenance as scheduled
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in medical technology
  • Travel to trailer locations to perform reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance repairs in accordance to company guidelines. May be required to travel up to 75%
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
