The City of Boulder is seeking a Trail Program Manager to implement, evaluate, and assist with the development of trail asset management plans, policies, projects, and infrastructure management practices. This position involves delivering professional field work, developing program elements, and providing design, research, analysis, consultation, and management to assist trail asset management. The Trail Program Manager will supervise staff, contractors, volunteers, and partner crews for the effective completion of projects in the management of the 155-mile OSMP trail system.
