Responsibilities
- Prepares packing slips, Bill of Lading (BOL) and export documents when necessary.
- Conducts final inspection of all company paperwork related to shipping.
- General housekeeping in accordance with the Traffic / Shipping expectations.
- Coordinates required activities for export shipments.
- Schedules inbound freight from the mills.
- Processes all UPS / FedEx shipments via computer.
- Prepares certifications in accordance with Sales order request.
- Assists with receiving of the incoming freight.
- Assists with loading and unloading of the trucks.
- Other duties as assigned
