About The Position

Under general supervision, perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Coordinate and communicate with transportation companies.

Requirements

  • An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience, is preferred
  • Four (4) – Six (6) years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry.
  • Three (3) or more years’ direct experience in the traffic department with air or van transportation required.
  • Working knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Working knowledge of shipping and receiving documents and controls.
  • Working knowledge of general policies and procedures.
  • Strong Customer Relations skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and Organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to perform the identified essential functions of the classification, including the operation of any machinery and/or equipment that is associated with performing the essential functions.
  • The ability to perform the essential functions of the position in a cross-cultural, demanding, and dynamic environment.
  • The ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat of harm to him/herself, others or property.
  • The ability to adhere to EBARA personnel policies and practices, including the attendance and punctuality requirements.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines, and at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods.
  • Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies.
  • Handle routine questions and problems and maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.
  • Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of goods.
  • Log order information onto the computer and files, and distribute paperwork as necessary.
  • Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other departments.
  • Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
