About The Position

Responsible for setting lane closures on high traffic projects in accordance
with MUTCD guidelines as well as, North and South Carolina DOT specifications. Also, at the direction of Traffic Control Coordinator, Foreman, or Construction
Superintendent.

Responsible for safely directing traffic through lane closures and
construction project areas.

Requirements

• Dedicated to always working safely.
• Experience preferred working road construction in high traffic areas.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary.
• Team player.
• Willing to be trained in various traffic control techniques in accordance with MUTCD guidelines and North and South Carolina DOT specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

• Preference given to current Traffic Control Technician Certification holders.

Responsibilities
