Traffic Safety Services, Inc. is looking for a Traffic Control Maintainer in Cheyenne, WY Installs, inspects, maintains, and removes temporary traffic control devices to ensure safe traffic flow and TCP compliance.

Requirements

Knowledge of MUTCD and WYDOT standards
1–3 years of traffic control experience preferred
Valid driver's license; CDL preferred
ATSSA TCT preferred
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in live traffic environments
Available for nights, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather

Responsibilities

Install and maintain traffic control devices per approved Traffic control plan.
Inspect device placement, visibility, and condition.
Repair or replace damaged or displaced devices.
Maintain signs, cones, barricades, delineators, arrow boards, and message boards.
Assist with lane closures and traffic changes.
Respond to missing or damaged devices.
Report hazards and deficiencies to the TC Foreman.
Supervise and ensure safe flagger operations on site.
Verify flagger timecards and communicate daily with the prime contractor regarding project needs.
