In Estancia's 210 casually elegant rooms and suites, this AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel feels like home. As a Barista, you will provide exceptional guest service while providing guests with prompt, superior service, quality beverages and food products. Maintains clean and comfortable store environment. Assists guests select food and beverages by providing information about available selections. To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as a Barista requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to provide excellent service for our guests.

Requirements

• One year of food service or Barista experience
• Possess basic knowledge of food and coffee preparation
• Must have a general knowledge of coffee beverages served
• Ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions
• Perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Ability to learn and use POS computer systems used at the hotel
• Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs
