Our organization is looking for an ambitious, experienced Digital Operations Manager to supervise the development and maintenance of our digital operations! Your responsibility is to assure the consistency, stability, and availability of all our digital platforms by updating required software and optimizing digital tools for ease of use. As the Digital Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our digital operations to ensure seamless and efficient processes across our platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including, technology, product development, customer support, and compliance to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of crypto platforms, blockchain technology, and digital asset management.
• Ability to multitask several projects effectively.
• Expertise with various digital development tools and project management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational bottlenecks, devise effective solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline and enhance digital operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define operational goals, KPI’s, and metrics, and track performance against targets.
• Coordinating with IT personnel to plan and implement new technology initiatives that may impact operations as well as troubleshooting and resolving operational issues promptly with the team.
• Developing and implementing new operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our crypto platform, ensuring high availability stability, and reliability.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities or system weaknesses.
• Implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity measures to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
