We are seeking an experienced Trading Contracts Admin & ETRM Analyst to manage and configure trading agreements and system parameters within our Openlink platform. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle multiple responsibilities across credit, legal, and operational functions while serving as a critical backup resource trading operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Energy Management, or related field
  • Experience: 3 or more years in energy trading operations, ETRM systems, or related roles
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Openlink or similar ETRM platforms (Allegro, RightAngle, etc.)
  • Knowledge: Understanding of energy markets, trading agreements, and commodity transaction structures

Nice To Haves

  • Experience configuring Party Agreements, Plant Agreements, and Pipeline Rates in Endur
  • Familiarity with natural gas and/or power trading operations
  • Knowledge of credit processes, including Letters of Credit
  • Understanding of KYC requirements and compliance procedures
  • Experience with cross-border reporting and tax documentation

Responsibilities

  • Party Agreement Management Configure and maintain Party Agreements in Openlink for approximately 100 companies Define and update payment terms, contact information, netting terms, and related parameters Process new customer setups and manage ongoing agreement amendments Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Plant & Pipeline Configuration Assist with Plant Agreement configurations, including rate structures and terms Support implementation of new plant agreements and amendments to existing contracts Configure Pipeline Rates (including fuel charges) and Transport Agreements Provide backup support to schedulers for pipeline and transportation matters
  • Cross-Functional Liaison Credit Coordination: Interface with Credit team on Letters of Credit, credit approvals, and counterparty credit matters Legal Coordination: Facilitate KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications and documentation with Legal department Serve as point of contact between Trading Operations and supporting departments
  • Additional Operational Support Prepare and submit cross-border monthly reporting as required Provide tax exemption certificates to counterparties Manage signatories for incoming trade confirmations Handle miscellaneous operational tasks to support trading and scheduling functions Act as backup for daily operational tasks across multiple functions
