The Tradewinds Lead Cook is responsible for daily operation of the outlet, safely preparing food items, following daily menu rotations and standard recipes, and maintaining the standards of the Family Style Service program. This position also assists the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef in monitoring kitchen safety, techniques, quality, and company assets. This team member must strive for the highest possible standards of food preparation and presentation in each food outlet.
