About The Position

Parkway Construction is a National GC. We operate in all US states. This role will also have the option to travel out to multiple states until full project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance person role, preferably in the restoration industry
• Proficiency in various maintenance person skills such as door hanging, masonry, tile laying, fixture installation, and trim/wood work.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance person tasks in the restoration industry, including but not limited to:
• Carpentry
• Trim installation
• Tile laying and grouting
• Fixture installation (e.g., lights, faucets)
• Drywall repair and installation
• Follow schematics and blueprints to complete projects accurately and efficiently
• Painting and touch up work
