Come work for a growing company that serves more than 6,000 businesses and puts more than 28,000 people to work daily. #powerthepurple General Purpose: The Trades Recruiter Manager is responsible for driving both recruiting/fulfillment performance and bottom-line profitability within their assigned territory and supporting regional financial and strategic objectives by effectively managing the branch operations and customer service activities. All employees consistently support and promote the company mission, five key beliefs, philosophies, and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting construction and/or trades professionals is required. Prior experience recruiting for data center projects is preferred.
  • Ideal candidate will have led a team of Trades recruiters and be familiar with setting and helping staff achieve fulfillment/talent attraction individual and team metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation is required for this role to travel between branches and prospect/client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary driver of operations, order fulfillment and profit generation for your branch(es).
  • Hold teams accountable for ensuring that every skilled trade and light industrial order for our data center construction clients is filled promptly, driving operational excellence and fulfillment performance across all trades branches.
  • Ensure each branch has a proficient recruiting team and successful recruiting results by hiring, training, developing, and coaching on successful operations practices.
  • Ensure recruiting and service operations meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
  • Hold branch teams and On-Sites accountable for meeting or exceeding performance expectations by clearly communicating what is expected, empowering them with the necessary tools, training, resources, delivering positive and constructive feedback in the moment, and providing corrective action as needed.
  • Direct activities related to improving results and achieving growth goals.
  • Ensure all branches in your region are following company policies and applicable government regulations.
  • Proactively build and strengthen relationships with clients by maintaining regular, meaningful engagement, and actively seeking opportunities to expand business through additional orders for new job site opportunities, ensuring ongoing growth and partnership within the region.
