As a Trading Services Analyst within our Trading Operations team, you deliver accurate trade support and solve settlement queries in a dynamic environment. You perform control reconciliations to verify trading positions, investigate settlements, and drive process improvements through automation. Your analytical skills and curiosity will help shape the future of trading operations, while hands-on experience with market data and risk management systems will expand your expertise. Requirements
- One year of relevant work experience
- Strong logical and analytical mindset
- Ability to challenge the status quo and think creatively
- Understanding of process flows and system linkages
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- BA or BS degree (either Economics or Industrial Engineer)
- Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles)
- AI/ML experience
Responsibilities
- Upload market data to risk management systems
- Perform reconciliations against market sources
- Verify trading positions through control reconciliations across front, middle, and back office
- Investigate and resolve settlement and confirmation queries
- Produce and present management statistics
- Support operations projects and new initiatives
- Assist with technology enhancements and system implementations
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
