As a member of the Brand Communications department, the Trade Show Associate supports the Trade Show team in planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and events. This role involves acting as a highly professional and engaging company representative to guests, clients, and prospective clients. The position combines event logistics, booth operations, attendee engagement, and inventory management to ensure a seamless and successful presence at industry events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, enjoys travel, and thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant event or trade show experience through work or school
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Domestic travel is expected approximately 40% of the time
  • Work flexible hours and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Support the Trade Show team in planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and events
  • Act as a highly professional and engaging representative of the company to guests, clients, and prospective clients
  • Combine event logistics, booth operations, attendee engagement, and inventory management to ensure a seamless and successful presence at industry events
