About The Position

Trade Sales Consultant Greater Phoenix Market Pella Corporation is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Trade Sales Consultant to grow and manage customer relationships in a dynamic, field‑based sales role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building lasting partnerships, and is driven to achieve results. What You’ll Do Achieve sales goals by delivering tailored solutions and market expertise Spend 50%+ of time in the field meeting with current and prospective customers Build long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizations Develop new business through networking, referrals, and face‑to-face meetings Partner with customers to help grow their businesses and ensure high satisfaction Compensation & Benefits This is a salary plus three months guaranteed commission plus uncapped commission, and reflects factors such as experience, skills, certifications, education, location, and market conditions. This is a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential-our compensation plan rewards results. This position includes standard IRS mileage reimbursement, paid training and ongoing sales development, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and more). What We’re Looking For 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience within prospecting experience and/or building materials or construction industry experience. Strong prospecting, relationship‑building, and communication skills Knowledge of commercial building codes and blueprint interpretation preferred Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
