Providing well -rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations. Proactively originating new customer relationships through networking, referrals and face -to -face meetings. Helping customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs. Continually striving for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four -year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.

Benefits

• New Hire Comp, annual base salary of $50,000 + $2,000.00 monthly guaranteed commission for first 12 months. After 12 months, then on the standard commission and bonus structure.
• After guarantee period, annual base salary is performance driven (will go up or down based on previous years bookings)
• Commission plan - Commission can be up to 5.60% based upon discount applied to Net Price of product and/or service.
• Monthly bonus opportunity based upon monthly actual bookings; 1.0% for booking <75% of quota attainment and 1.75% for booking >=75% of quota attainment.
• Standard IRS Mileage reimbursement (for new hire and existing consultants).
