The Trade Sales Assistant Program is designed to prepare successful candidates for a position as a Trade Sales Consultant through a mentorship program. This program will familiarize the successful candidate with all parts of the Trade business. This will include all functions related to the Trade Selling Process which includes but is not limited to prospecting, quoting, pipeline and account management, product, and process knowledge. The Trade Sales Assistant program is designed to prepare the successful candidate for outside sales after 18-24 months (time frame may vary depending on the specific candidate and the availability of sales consultant positions).
