Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.

- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in trades is a plus.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime as needed.
