If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and learning from experienced professionals, this is the opportunity to get started. You’ll work side-by-side with seasoned Installers on residential construction sites, learning how garage doors and openers are installed safely, efficiently, and to professional standards. No garage door experience? No problem. We’ll train you. This position is designed as an entry point into a skilled trade with real advancement potential. Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and take direction
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs and assist with team lifts
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and tool handling
  • Work performed at residential construction sites
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and job-site noise

Nice To Haves

  • Construction, labor, or trade-related experience
  • Familiarity with hand tools or job-site environments

Responsibilities

  • Assist Installers with the installation of residential garage doors and openers
  • Learn proper installation techniques, safety practices, and company standards
  • Load, unload, and transport doors, hardware, and tools to job sites
  • Prepare job sites before installation and clean up after completion
  • Hand tools and materials to Installers and help maintain equipment
  • Support job documentation and paperwork
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Communicate with your Installer and Installation Manager throughout the day
