Overview Support the Trade Development team to assist in the communication and execution of marketing activities including tracking, development of presentations, programming, and other administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Proficiency using: Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and One Note
  • Adobe Creative Suite including: Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro
  • Internet based programs such as: Bananatag, Canva

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2 or more years of diverse marketing and administrative experience in the adult beverage
  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications, for example, word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email, and specialized business applications software
  • Must require little direction or supervision; goal-oriented focused, creative and assertive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities on tight deadlines and maintain a high level of quality output
  • Strong analytical, leadership and verbal/written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate New Supplier onboarding
  • Book and invoice In-Market Sampling events
  • Oversee Tasting company compliance
  • Review invoices for compliance
  • Create/Manage Blanket POs
  • Ongoing program communication to Sales and Executive team
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies, programs and presentations
  • Populate and maintain various program and activity trackers, guides, calendars, and brand information
  • Maintain an understanding of supplier brand strategies, pricing, promotions, and shelf positioning
  • Support the collection of digital images and content for new suppliers
  • Proof Florida DBO support through managing, planning, design and implementation of digital marketing assets and promotional materials
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
