About The Position

Provide high-level administrative support to the Export Compliance Program Manager and team, ensuring effective management of export compliance activities and documentation.

Requirements

• Vocational and technical administrative training with 2-4 years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in finance, Political Science, Trade Studies, or related liberal arts fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily export compliance screenings using the Global Trade System.
• Generate and analyze monthly export compliance reports; update visualization metrics using pivot tables and Pareto analysis.
• Perform audits of export compliance documentation and clearance processes.
• Assist the manager in identifying and implementing corrective actions to minimize discrepancies.
