About The Position

We're seeking a research-driven Trade Compliance Research & Advisory Analyst to support complex customs and regulatory inquiries. This role serves as a trusted compliance advisor-conducting in-depth research, translating regulations into practical guidance, and strengthening overall compliance quality across internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
• Proven regulatory research and documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB)
• Experience with audits, post-entry corrections, or regulatory inquiries
• Brokerage or 3PL background
• Willingness to pursue LCB licensure if not currently licensed

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret U.S. Customs regulations, CBP guidance, rulings, and PGA requirements
• Provide clear, defensible compliance guidance on import/export issues, valuation, country of origin, admissibility, and documentation
• Support internal teams and clients on complex or non-routine compliance questions
• Prepare research summaries and recommendations for compliance leadership
• Track regulatory changes and contribute to SOPs, internal resources, and client advisories
• Assist with audits, internal reviews, and corrective actions as needed
