About The Position

As the Trade Compliance Analyst (TCA), you will assist Trade Compliance Managers with all export classifications analysis and shipments. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for product classification requests (ITAR, ECCN, HTS, COO) by working with suppliers/distributors to obtain product information to support product classifications. Prepare Export/Import Licenses (DSP-61, DSP-5, DSP-73, BIS 748) Responsible for new product and new project classification requests by working with the technical team to obtain product information to support classifications. Act as the subject matter expert on export compliance matters. Support processing all Import and Export shipments. Support the review and execution of the international visitor process, international travel, internal data reviews, denied party screening and shipping documents. Perform periodic audits from both a procedural and transactional perspective. Requirements

  • Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.
  • Licensed Customs Broker (or desire to obtain this certification)
  • Strong Classification skills: ECCN, USML, HTS, and Schedule B
  • Detail oriented person
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly, decisiveness, critical thinking and people management skills in a fast paced, dynamic work environment are a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ACE is a plus
