Done Right Merchandising is hiring motivated, reliable, and experienced lead supervisor to join their dedicated Tractor Supply Project Team. This is a year-round, traveling project role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and enjoy consistent work, overnight schedules, and team-based execution. The company is filling a limited number of positions on this project team and is seeking candidates who bring strong leadership experience, reliability, and a team-first mindset. Project teams typically complete 2 stores per week, working Sunday night through Wednesday night from 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Occasionally, and in rare circumstances, a fifth workday on Thursday may be required depending on project needs. This position offers steady guaranteed work with scheduled blackout weeks for holidays. Scheduled Blackout Weeks for 2026 include the week of 7/05/26, 9/06/26, 11/08/26, and 11/22/26.
