About The Position

The Tracking Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Tracking Team within Money Management Services. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of authorizations, billing, deposits, ledgers, ISPs, and reporting while supporting staff development and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Medical billing, tracking, ledgers, AR, ISPs, and related financial processes.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, support, and collaborate with team members.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tracking systems.
  • Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current employment with the organization in good standing
  • Accounts Receivable & Billing experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily Tracking Team operations and workflows.
  • Assign, monitor, and balance staff workloads to meet deadlines, accuracy, and productivity standards.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable deposits, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Manage authorizations, ISPs, billing, medical billing, and wage tracking processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly deposits, ODJFS submissions, and pharmacy-related tracking.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute production and operational reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate and resolve tracking, billing, and authorization issues with internal teams and external partners.
