About The Position

American Bridge 21st Century PAC, a progressive research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions, is hiring a Tracker/Field Researcher to join our Tracking team for the 2026 cycle. This position is based in New York, New York.

Requirements

  • Effective time management skills: the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects independently and on time
  • Excellent research skills and ability to analyze content in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions
  • Availability to work week nights and weekends as needed
  • A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Bilingual fluency; Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

  • Camera/editing experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Researching, analyzing, and identifying public events for tracking
  • Documenting public events and editing footage
  • Analyzing content gathered and identifying key moments, trends, or patterns to serve underlying strategy
  • Preparing reports with content analysis
  • Monitoring and keeping up-to-date with current events and politics
  • Collaborating with other teams on communications or projects

Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 for this position and a strong benefits package.
  • This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • AB PAC is a union employer. This position is in the bargaining unit.
