About The Position

Track Maintenance Crew Member

Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025

Schedule: Full Time

Requirements

• Previous experience in an agricultural setting
• Experience operating tractors, trucks, skid steers is a must
• Ability to work various shifts, weekend work required
• Good communication skills
• Must be a good team player
• Must be able to handle frequent heavy lifting
• Current valid Driver's License
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Grooming and maintenance of one of the industry's highest rated racing surfaces, during training and live racing
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment required to put on a first class show
• Maintaining the look and functionality of a state of the art horse stabling facility
• Snow removal during winter
• Event set up/take down
• Assisting other departments as needed including, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Casino, and other Facilities groups
