Requirements

• Type 2 license or willingness to obtain
• Must meet WIAA coaching requirements
• Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies and guidelines
• High School Diploma, required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Previous coaching experience at high school or collegiate level

Responsibilities

• Mentor coaches within program
• Direct all phases of athletic program
• Coordinate out of season camp and/or clinics as needed or required
• Attend District training regarding concussion management
• Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligiblity
