Must meet WIAA coaching requirements. Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies and guidelines. High School Diploma, required. Mentor coaches within program. Direct all phases of athletic program. Strong organizational and communication skills. Coordinate out of season camp and/or clinics as needed or required. Attend District training regarding concussion management. Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligiblity. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate. Bachelor's Degree or higher. Previous coaching experience at high school or collegiate level. Requirements
