Requirements

• Previous experience in rental services, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle rental reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Provide clear explanations of rental agreements, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals to ensure they are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and vehicle conditions in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless rental operations and excellent customer service.
