About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle rentals while delivering a seamless and professional experience for our customers-from reservation to vehicle return. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to follow defined service and sales processes effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Virginia driver's license required.

Previous customer service or vehicle rental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner while preparing rental agreements.
Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Meet or exceed established sales and service standards.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including washing and vacuuming, as needed.
Monitor and manage vehicle inventory on a daily basis to ensure availability.
Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly, professionally, and in a helpful manner.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs.
