Requirements

Experiencia previa demostrable como carpintero en el campo de la construcción.
Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico demandante en exteriores y levantar al menos 47 libras.
Ser responsable y puntual, con transportación propia para llegar a los puntos de encuentro o proyectos.
Una actitud de "Siempre Pa'lante": dispuesto(a) a aprender, enfrentar nuevos retos y utilizar técnicas o equipos distintos a los comunes.
Habilidad para leer e interpretar planos y especificaciones de construcción.
Residir en Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

Construir, instalar y remover encofrados para concreto en proyectos de cimentaciones, muros y reparaciones estructurales.
Realizar trabajos de carpintería estructural, incluyendo reparaciones, refuerzos y modificaciones en madera.
Cortar, dar forma y ensamblar piezas de madera y otros materiales según las especificaciones de los planos.
Utilizar con destreza herramientas de carpintería manuales, eléctricas y motorizadas.
Cargar, descargar y organizar equipos, herramientas y materiales de forma segura y eficiente.
Mantener la seguridad como prioridad número uno, utilizando siempre su equipo de protección personal.
Demostrar un compromiso real con la calidad y la precisión en cada corte y ensamblaje.
