At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $84,000 and $101,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10% For our Tracy, CA 300-person union manufacturing facility, we are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to help us achieve the growth needed to continue moving our organization to even larger levels! Champion the plant sanitation initiatives and operate as the local subject matter expert in applicable sanitation policies, programs, and systems. Identify opportunities before they become a problem focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action. Achieve department and plant financial, safety, retention, employee involvement, and other defined objectives. Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.
Four (4) years of quality, sanitation, and production experience in the food industry.
The ability to perform shift work in a 24/7 operational plant (the milk never stops coming).

Nice To Haves

Quality, production, or sanitation experience within the dairy industry.
A strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, quality assurance standards, food laboratory testing methods and operations, and statistical process control techniques.
Two (2) years of progressive leadership experience as a supervisor or manager.
