Your Role: TPM Global Change Agent As a TPM Global Change Agent, you will be a well-rounded operational excellence change leader and subject matter expert in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). You will be charged with leading the introduction and transformation into a TPM organization, embedding its pillars while integrating Lean and Six Sigma tools and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
  • 5 +years leading multiple-site TPM and Lean implementation and successful deployment of OEE and metrics software systems on a multi-site level.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a reputable organization; TPM or JIPM certification or extensive training.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
  • Industrial engineering and/or automation training/background.
  • Proven background of leading large and complex Kaizen events.
  • Track-record of problem solving through the use and propagation of multiple approaches (DMAIC, A3, 8D, 3C).
  • Strong background in implementing OEE business-wide and digital OEE solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the introduction and transformation into a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) organization.
  • Facilitate Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a seasoned practitioner and deployer of Lean tools.
  • Lead large and complex Kaizen events, achieving rapid improvement results across operational and transactional areas.
  • Drive problem-solving through the use and propagation of multiple approaches (e.g., DMAIC, A3, 8D).
  • Implement the pillars of TPM across multiple sites, demonstrating quick wins with OEE, Autonomous Maintenance, and Planned Maintenance.
  • Maintain OEE and TPM metrics/software systems while reporting performance metrics to executive audiences
