Responsible for ensuring training programs enhance system proficiency, improve organizational efficiency, and align with business objectives. Serves as Lead Worker. Position involves stakeholder engagement, performance evaluation, learning technology integration, and compliance with industry standards. Work requires contact with all levels of the agency, technical experts, IT teams, business leaders, and external vendors. Employees at this level work independently and are accountable for training effectiveness, innovation, and business impact.
