The Premium Supervisor is charged with setting the bar high and keeping it there. You are responsible for overseeing, directing, and assisting employees to serve our premium guests with fantastic customer service and a high attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made. The ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required. Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Ability to perform administrative duties
  • Ability to perform cash handling duties
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs. (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Oversees, directs, and assists workers within the ballpark and their tasks
  • Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
  • Leading by example and coaching staff members with positive reinforcement
  • Maintaining inventory/smallware levels and controls as outlined by management
  • Maintain accurate inventory on weekly basis
  • Maintaining strong levels of communication between staff members and management
  • Place requisition orders for disposable products
  • Preparing the opening and closing paperwork daily
  • Delivers product to/from specific locations
  • Must fill in for absent employees at location, as necessary
  • Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations
  • Ensure all food safety/temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action, as necessary
  • Maintain communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc)
  • Maintain a safe and hazard – free work environment
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager whenever his/her skill and/or experience would be vital to initiate, coordinate, or complete any given program.
  • Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
