About The Position

Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. Within the ballpark we have our top tier guests and clients that expect nothing but the best –luckily the best is what we deliver. The Premium Runner/ Busser is responsible for keeping inventory of items, stocking, and cleaning/ clearing products and items to ensure business and customer needs are met.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.
The ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Must have a good work ethic
• Must be able to multi-task and problem solve
• Must be able to work efficiently and maintain a sense of urgency
• Requires daily lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50lbs.
• TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• Basic reading, writing and math skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting in inventory controls
• Assisting in putting food out on buffets and restocking on game days
• Assisting in cleanliness of the premium area
• Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
• Act appropriately to ensure the security of client and company assets
• TEAMWORK! Be flexible every day and ensure you are working with other staff members to achieve guest satisfaction and operational success.
• Assist other staff members with a positive attitude when you are not busy or when asked to help by management / supervisors.
• Know Aramark and Health Code standards and ensure that they are followed.
• Ensuring positive and thorough communication between front of house and back of house
• Daily side work including preparing sauces and condiments, setting up and breaking down the buffet
• Communicating guest needs to appropriate server if it is something that you cannot get yourself
• Assist with bussing/ cleaning up tables and buffet when necessary
• Fully set and breakdown the buffet dining areas for every event, setting appropriate utensils
• Keeping areas organized, clean, and neat
• Letting Supervisor know, in advance, of product and disposable needs
• Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
