Role Tower Maintenance Operations is responsible for managing external resources (vendors and general contractors) for the efficient maintenance and operation on all tower, rooftop and key essential assets in accordance with Company policies and standards. The intern role will support the overall review and analysis of our vendors to ensure expectations are satisfactorily met.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in a degree program from an accredited higher education institution
- Applicants must have completed at least 60 credit hours by the first day of the internship
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 1 to August 6, 2026
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship

- Preferred field(s) of study: Business, Finance, Construction Management
- Collaboration with Manager of Maintenance Operations, Maintenance Process Managers, and Operations Coordinators, supporting documentation evidencing work completed and resulting billing process.
- Effective communication between teammates and manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present information in a clear format.
Responsibilities
- Conduct closeout review from lighting installs and repairs and load them in CCISITES.
- Enter data into NOC ticketing and Work Order tickets.
- Assist teammates in creating formats and templates for reporting and data visualization.
- Work in JDE receiving completed purchase orders.
